BUILDERS BUZZ
I hope you are all enjoying your summer and finding some time to relax. It’s taken a long time to warm up, but hopefully now the sun and warmth will stick around for awhile.
As a reminder:

Anyone is welcome to join the ride even if you don’t have a bike. If you want to view a scrapbook of previous years go to http://bamn.org/Scrapbook/2008RevNRide/2008RevNRide/index.html.
We had good news from BAM regarding all of the warranty bills that were trying to get approved by the Minnesota Legislature. Governor Pawlenty vetoed 5 of the 6 warranty bills. He signed the bill regarding Express Warranties. This bill requires a builder to give a copy of the warranty statute to homeowners as part of their contract. Watch for more information from BAM on the 2009 Legislative Session.
I’m going to be in Oklahoma City July 4th through July 12th on a Catholic Heart Work Camp Mission Trip with my son so I won’t be checking emails or answering my cell phone. If you need to get a message to me, contact Sharon and she’ll get the message to my wife. It was only 102 there this weekend so if I survive the trip without getting heat stroke, I’ll update you again next month. Have a great July!
Al Clark, President
